Mission Statement
To support and maintain the administration of city operations and the needs of the public we serve. Administrate secure, fair, and accurate elections for city residents and process reporting’s within State and Federal guidelines as required.
Programs/Service Lines
- Communicates official plans, policies, and procedures to staff and public; prepares and files required reports annually for federal and state agencies.
- Official custodian of City records, public documents, legal documents, records including ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, codification of municipal code, borrowings, annexations, rezoning, conditional uses.
- Manages Board of Review, trains members, and processes personal property and real estate property objections.
- Maintains records of City Officials including Common Council, Boards, Committees and Commissions, past and present meeting agendas, minutes, documents including archives.
- Administration of permits, licenses, city event coordination and permitting.
- Election Administrator, which includes certification of nomination papers, petitions, voter registration, election equipment, polling locations, poll worker training and staffing for three polling locations, election canvass and post-election reconciliation in WisVote.
- Manages website and social media content and distribution.
- Serves as network administrator for departments and manages computer services for employees.
