Ozaukee County Tax Parcel Info Database
You may visit the site at http://www.ascent.co.ozaukee.wi.us/landrecords.
The Ozaukee County parcel info database is available for your use. Residents can print tax bills and receipts for tax payments, research real estate and personal property tax history, see survey and assessment date, find documents filed at the county for a property, and obtain listings of plats and condos. You may also access the interactive GIS parcel map for property in the county.
The City of Port Washington does not accept Tax payments after 1/31.

Credit card payments are subject to a 3% service fee.
Credit card payments cannot be processed at City Hall or at the banks.
Use the Quick Pay button on the PSN website to pay taxes. Do not sign in to your PSN account.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Real Estate/Property Tax Payments
For all residents of the City of Port Washington, the FIRST INSTALLMENT of your annual real estate tax bill is due to the address below by January 31 of the following year. Make your check payable and mail to:

Also accepting tax payments during this time are Port Washington State Bank, 206 N. Franklin St., Port Washington.
In-Person payments at City Hall Finance Office (Upper Floor Lobby) between 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Dropbox is available in the lobby next to the Finance window between 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The SECOND INSTALLMENT of real estate taxes is due to the Ozaukee County Treasurer by July 31 of the following year. Make your check payable and mail to:

Delinquent Water and Sewer Accounts
Please make payment of all delinquent water/sewer account balances by September 30 each year to avoid transfer of the delinquent balance and interest to the property tax bill. Tax roll notices will be mailed to owners and tenants in early October.
Landlords: Please contact the Water Billing Department at 284-5585 to confirm that your tenant accounts are current.
