The City of Port Washington issues water/sewer bills every other month. The billing periods are: January/February, March/April, May/June, July/August, September/October, November/December. Normally, the bills are issued the first week of the month following the end of the billing period.

Pay Online
Pay utility bills online. The first time you will register; after that, payments are an easy 3-step process.

From your Smart Phone or Tablet, download "PSN Payments" from the App Store® or Google Play™.
Tip: Go online the first time to create your payer profile.
Pay by Phone
Call toll-free 877-885-7968. Make sure to have your bill handy to provide your customer account number.

View Bills or Amount Due Online
View your bill or balance due. You need to register the first time in order to view your bill and receive notifications when your bills are ready.
Help us save money and resources; please consider opting out of receiving paper bills.
By paying online, by mobile device or calling:
- Checking/savings payments are free.
- You can pay immediately, schedule a payment or set up Auto-Pay for the amount of your bill.
- You can print receipts, view past online payments, see status of payments, stop Auto-Pay (online only).
- You may also use a credit/debit card online for a nominal transaction fee of 2.75% (+50¢ if under $100).
